Our Promise to you: The Green Door wants you to be happy with your purchases. Returns will be given credit for the full purchase price of the merchandise only, not including packing and shipping. The Green Door will gladly issue a refund, exchange or store credit for merchandise returned in saleable condition with the original receipt, within 30 days of purchase. Returns are easy, just complete the return form you received with your merchandise. Simply indicate the reason for your return and the action to be taken, such as replacement or refund and repack the merchandise in its original packaging. For your security, please return package with an insured courier (UPS, Fed Ex or USPS etc.) and retain your receipt. The Green Door is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Unfortunately, we cannot accept C.O.D. returns. Please allow two billing cycles for refunds to appear on your credit card statement.
A merchandise credit will be issued if merchandise received as a gift is returned by the recipient. Please tell us the name and address of the person who gave you the gift. Include your daytime phone number so we can contact you if there is a problem. Please follow the instructions for returning or exchanging an item. Please address all returns to: Damaged Merchandise In the unlikely event you receive anything damaged in a shipment,
please do not return it to us, as this will invalidate the shipping insurance.
Just retain the item and all packaging and telephone or email us immediately
with the packing slip in hand. We will file the claim for you and immediately
process a full refund or replacement. |
