In the unlikely event of your receiving anything damaged in a shipment, please do not return it to us, as this will invalidate the shipping insurance. Just retain the item and all packaging and telephone or email us immediately with the packing slip in hand. We will file the claim for you and immediately process a full refund or replacement.
